of Galilee. The same sea that Jesus walked on water and quieted the storm.
We are sitting on the Mt of Beatitudes. On every tour our guide will
share some thoughts here and we find it a great place for a devotional
lead by one of our pastors. We like to take time here to reflect on where
we are. It is here that Jesus delivered the Beatitudes, Lord's Prayer, and
in these hills spent at least 60 % of His ministry.
Were standing on the Mt Arbel mountain range to the west of the Sea
of Galilee. We are looking at the southern end of the Sea of Galilee,
where the Jordan River will flow to the south and it is where people
that want to be baptized in the Jordan can do that.

Crossing the beautiful Sea of Galilee. A great time to worship the Lord
and listen to a devotional offered by one of our pastors. All of our trips
are non-denominational, so we have pastors with us from different
denominations. She calmed the sea and walked on the water. The Sea of
Galilee is surrounded by mountains, which creates the turbulence on the
water occasionally.    
Looking back from our boat ride to the city of Tiberius where we spend
three to four nights depending on our itinerary. In Mark 16:1, Salome is
mentioned as one of the women who first went to the tomb after the
Sabboth. It is believed that she was from Tiberias, her husband was an
accountant for King Herod who had a palace in Tiberias at the time of Jesus
